Orders & Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 CAD within Canada. For US and international orders, flat-rate shipping is available at checkout.
Where do you ship to?
We ship Canada-wide, to the United States, most of Europe, and Australia. For European and Australian orders, please note that customers may be subject to customs or import fees based on their country's regulations. We do not collect these fees on your behalf.
How long does shipping take?
Most Canadian orders are delivered within 7 business days (varies by location). Orders in the Greater Toronto Area are usually delivered within 3 business days. US and international orders can take up to 20 business days due to border transit and customs processing.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! We offer free local delivery for customers within a 20km radius of our Markham/Richmond Hill warehouse. Once you select local delivery at checkout, a team member will reach out to coordinate a delivery time.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We always try to ship orders using the quickest method available. If you need something urgently or have questions about your order's delivery timeline, email us at info@popcollectibles.ca and we'll do our best to help.
How do you protect items during shipping?
All standard-sized Funko Pops are shipped in a 0.5mm protector at no extra cost. We take great care to package every order securely. Each product description specifies exactly what protection is included.
My order has both pre-order and in-stock items. What happens?
Our system does not automatically flag mixed orders (containing both pre-order and in-stock items) as ready to pack. If you need your in-stock items shipped separately or have questions about a mixed order, please contact us at info@popcollectibles.ca and we'll sort it out.
Products & Authenticity
What products do you carry?
We specialize in Funko Pops, but we also carry trading card games (One Piece, Pokemon, Naruto), blind boxes, and plushes. We're always expanding our catalog to bring the best collectibles to our customers.
Are your products authentic?
Absolutely. All of our products are sourced directly from authorized distributors or the manufacturers themselves. We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell.
Do Funko Pops come with a protector?
Yes. Every standard-sized Funko Pop ships with a 0.5mm protector at no additional cost. We specify in each product description exactly what is included.
Do you carry exclusive or limited edition items?
We do! We carry a range of exclusive, limited edition, and special release collectibles — including convention exclusives, store exclusives, and more. These are perfect for collectors looking for rare finds.
Can I request a product that isn't listed on your website?
Of course! If you're looking for a specific collectible you can't find on our site, send us an email at info@popcollectibles.ca and we'll do our best to source it for you.
How do I know if a pre-order item comes with an exclusive sticker?
If a pre-order item is expected to include an exclusive sticker, it will be noted in the product description. We aim to provide accurate information for every listing.
Trading Card Games (TCG)
What TCGs does Pop Collectibles Canada sell?
We carry sealed Pokemon TCG and One Piece Card Game (OPTCG) product, in both English and Japanese editions. We're actively expanding our TCG catalog based on demand.
Are your TCG products factory sealed?
Yes. Every TCG SKU we carry is factory sealed and untampered. We source directly from authorized distributors (Bandai for One Piece, The Pokemon Company for Pokemon). We do not carry resealed boxes, swapped packs, or hand-selected product.
Is sealed TCG product final sale?
Yes — sealed TCG product is final sale unless damaged in transit. The value of sealed product depends on the seal being intact, which is why this is standard practice across reputable TCG retailers. If your order arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right.
Do you sell TCG singles?
Not currently. We focus on sealed product. For singles, we recommend specialty single retailers (TCGPlayer, Untouchables) for now — though we may expand into singles in the future.
How many packs are in a Pokemon Booster Box?
English Booster Boxes contain 36 sealed booster packs (10 cards each = 360+ cards total). Japanese Booster Boxes contain 30 sealed booster packs (5-7 cards each). Japanese boxes have fewer packs but typically higher chase card pull rates per pack.
What's the difference between an ETB, a Booster Box, and a UPC?
Booster Box: 36 packs (English) or 30 (Japanese). Just sealed packs — most cards per dollar. Elite Trainer Box (ETB): 8-11 packs plus accessories (sleeves, dice, damage counters, player's guide). Best balance for play + opening. Ultra-Premium Collection (UPC): 16-18 packs plus oversized promos and premium accessories. Highest collector and gift value, shorter print runs.
How many packs are in a Pokemon Elite Trainer Box?
Most modern Pokemon ETBs contain 8-11 sealed booster packs. Older ETBs (pre-2022) typically had 8 packs; newer Scarlet & Violet ETBs include 9-11 packs depending on the set. ETBs also include 65 card sleeves, 45 energy cards, dice, condition markers, and a player's guide.
Should I open my Ultra-Premium Collection or keep it sealed?
Personal preference. Sealed UPCs hold collector display value and tend to appreciate over time. Opened UPCs give you 16-18 chances to pull modern chase cards plus oversized promos. Many collectors buy two — one to open, one to keep sealed.
Are sealed Pokemon booster boxes a good investment?
Sealed Pokemon product has historically held or appreciated in value, especially for sets featuring iconic Pokemon (Charizard, Pikachu, Eevee). No guarantees though — the TCG market can shift. We recommend buying what you'd be happy to open if the market changed.
Are Japanese Pokemon cards tournament legal in Canada?
No. Pokemon Play! (Pokemon Organized Play) tournaments in Canada and the US accept English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese cards — but not Japanese. Japanese cards are legal for casual play and on Pokemon TCG Live where supported.
Do Japanese Pokemon sets release before the English versions?
Yes. Japanese sets typically drop 6-12 months before English equivalents. By the time an English Pokemon set hits stores, Japanese collectors have already finished pulling and pricing the chase cards.
How many packs are in a One Piece Booster Box?
Every One Piece Card Game Booster Box contains 24 sealed booster packs. Each pack has 6 cards (1 Rare or higher, 4 Commons/Uncommons, 1 Don!! card). That's 144 cards total per box.
What's the difference between OP-XX, EB-XX, and PRB-XX One Piece sets?
OP-XX are the main booster sets, released sequentially (OP-01 onward). EB-XX are Extra Booster sets — special expansions with reprints and exclusive cards. PRB-XX ("The Best") sets are reprint compilations featuring high-demand cards from earlier sets.
Are Japanese One Piece cards tournament legal in Canada?
No — Bandai-sanctioned One Piece flagship and Official Tournaments in North America require English-language cards. Japanese OPTCG cards are legal for casual play and on the Bandai TCG+ app, but not for official tournament play in Canada.
What's the difference between a Booster Pack and a Sleeved Booster Pack?
A regular Booster Pack contains 6 cards in a foil wrapper. A Sleeved Booster Pack adds a premium card sleeve around the pack itself — typically used for special promotional releases (we currently carry the OP-03 Sleeved variant). Sleeved packs may include exclusive promo opportunities.
What's a Double Booster Pack?
Double Booster Packs (DP-XX) include 2 booster packs from a specific set plus a special Don!! card. They're a value-add option that bundles 2 packs with a guaranteed extra. We carry DP variants for OP-07 (500 Years in the Future) and OP-09 (Emperors of the New World).
Are One Piece Starter Decks good for new players?
Yes — Starter Decks are designed for new players. Each comes with a pre-built deck, a separate Don!! deck, a paper playmat, and a rulesheet — fully playable out of the box. ST-08 Monkey D. Luffy and ST-09 Yamato are both popular starting points.
