What's inside a Pokemon Booster Box?

It depends on the language and set:

English Booster Boxes contain 36 sealed booster packs. Each pack has 10 cards plus a basic energy / code card. That's 360+ cards per box.
Japanese Booster Boxes contain 30 sealed booster packs (sometimes 20 for shorter-print sets). Each pack has 5-7 cards. Japanese boxes typically have higher pull rates for chase cards.
