Why a collectibles shop is running a toy drive

Packing slip — read before openingMarkham, ON

Every collector knows the feeling: the vault shelf. The exclusives you bought two of. The stickered pops you were sure you'd list "eventually." Ours has been filling up for years — convention stickers, shop exclusives, chase-adjacent grails — all mint, all protected, all waiting.

This summer we decided waiting was the wrong plan. These pops were made to sit on somebody's shelf and be loved. So we're running a toy drive, collector-style: the vault's stickered exclusives, sealed one per box, $9.99 flat. Some of what's in the pool books up to $100 CAD.

You get a real shot at a grail for less than the price of a common, and the vault finally gets its spring cleaning. Everybody wins.

Three checkpoints to a grail

Checkpoint 01Claimed

You claim a box

$9.99, order as many as you like while the run lasts. No subscriptions, no tiers, no upsells — every box is the same deal.

Checkpoint 02Pulled

We pull from the vault

One stickered exclusive per box — convention stickers, retailer exclusives, shop stickers. Values run from box price up to $100 CAD, benchmarked on Pop Price Guide as of July 31, 2026.

Checkpoint 03Shipped

It ships like a grail

Mint in box, sealed in a free 0.5mm protector, packed by hand in Markham. Multi-box orders are packed to avoid duplicates whenever the pool allows.

Doc 03 / Sorting floor

What's on the shelves

No junk filler, no unstickered commons — every box in the drive holds a stickered exclusive. We won't say which pops are in the pool (that's the fun part), but here's how the sorting floor looks:

Bin A / every box

Stickered exclusives

Retailer and shop exclusives — the backbone of the vault. Worth the box price and up, each one mint and protector-sealed.

Bin B / strong pulls

Convention stickers

SDCC, NYCC, ECCC shared exclusives — the stickers collectors hunt. A healthy slice of the pool sits in this range.

Bin C / the grails

Up to $100 CAD

The vault's heavy hitters — pops booking up to $100 CAD on Pop Price Guide (July 31, 2026). Somebody's pulling them. Might as well be you.

Boxes are random — value inside varies from around the box price up to $100 CAD, and pulls are final. Valuations are Pop Price Guide market prices captured July 31, 2026; market prices move. Like all mystery products, Toy Drive boxes are final sale — no returns, exchanges, or swaps. Every pop ships mint-in-box in a free protector. While supplies last. $5 from every box sold will be donated by Pop Collectibles Canada to SickKids Foundation; purchases are not tax-deductible donations.

Toy Drive FAQ

Q.01Is every pop really a stickered exclusive?
Yes. The entire pool is stickered exclusives from our vault — retailer, shop, and convention stickers. There are no unstickered commons in the drive. Every pop is mint-in-box and ships sealed in a free 0.5mm protector.
Q.02Is a Funko mystery box actually worth it?
Fair question — the internet is full of $40+ mystery boxes stuffed with shelf-warmers. This one is built differently: every box is $9.99, every pull is a stickered exclusive, and values are benchmarked against Pop Price Guide. Worst case, you paid box price for a stickered exclusive. That math holds up.
Q.03How are the pops valued "up to $100"?
Valuations use Pop Price Guide (PPG) market prices captured on July 31, 2026. Values in the pool range from around the box price up to $100 CAD. Collectible prices move daily, so treat the numbers as a snapshot, not a promise of resale value.
Q.04Can I get duplicates if I order multiple boxes?
We pack multi-box orders by hand and avoid duplicates within a single order whenever the pool allows. Across separate orders, duplicates are possible — it's a mystery drive, after all.
Q.05Can I return or exchange my pull?
No — like every mystery product we sell, Toy Drive boxes are final sale. The randomness is the product. If your pop arrives damaged in transit, though, reach out and we'll make it right like we would with any order.
Q.06How does the SickKids donation work?
$5 from every $9.99 box sold — over half the price — is donated by Pop Collectibles to SickKids Foundation, the fundraising arm of The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. We tally after each batch of orders and will publish the total donated once the drive wraps. The donation is made by us as a business; purchases aren't individually tax-receiptable for buyers.
Q.07Is Pop Collectibles affiliated with SickKids?
No — the Toy Drive is an independent initiative run by Pop Collectibles Canada. $5 from every box sold is donated to SickKids Foundation, but the campaign is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with SickKids.
The vault is open

Somewhere in the stack there's a pop you've been hunting for years. At $9.99, it's the cheapest that hunt will ever be.
