People often ask if Pop Collectibles Canada is trustworthy or not. It's a valid question. We've been operating as a small team since 2019 and have been selling Funko Pops ever since. What started on Facebook Marketplace quickly turned into our Online store. We've built our reputation over years of 5-star service on Facebook Marketplace, and we bring that same commitment to our online store.
Our warehouse isn't opened to the public but we're based out of Richmond Hill/Markham in Ontario. Pop Collectibles Canada isn't just a website — we are a dedicated private warehouse run by a small team with over 10 combined years of experience in the Canadian anime and Funko community. Although we don't have a public storefront, you can bet that we focus entirely on maintaining a temperature-controlled, smoke-free environment for your grails.
From the second we receive a shipment to the moment we double-box your order with a free 0.5mm protector, we handle your Pops like they are our own.

With thousands of Funko Pops and trading cards, our vault is highly active, but every item is meticulously catalogued and stored in a temperature-controlled, smoke-free environment.
Protected from Day One
Every standard-sized Funko Pop we ship comes with a free 0.5mm protector — no exceptions. We inspect each figure before it leaves our hands, ensuring mint, collector-grade quality. Your grails deserve the same care we give our own personal collection. For larger Funko Pops, they sometimes come in protectors and sometimes don't, its case-to-case. That being said, everything that ships out is inspected to make sure we're okay with it.
Shipped with Care
We use custom inserts to prevent shifting during transit and we basically double box all the packages since most Funkos come in a 0.5mm Funko Pop protector (which are quite durable). Whether your package is heading across Toronto or across the country, it's packed to survive the journey. Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD within Canada — because protecting your collectibles shouldn't cost extra.
