What is a pre-order?
A pre-order reserves an upcoming figure before it's released. It locks in your copy of limited and exclusive Pops that often sell out the moment they land.
When am I charged for a pre-order?
Pre-orders are paid in full at checkout to reserve your figure.
How accurate are the release dates?
Each pre-order page shows an estimated release window. These dates come from the manufacturer and can shift — we update them as we get better information and keep you posted. You can also check our currently fulfilling page for status.
Can I cancel a pre-order?

What happens with a mixed cart (pre-order + in-stock)?
By default, a mixed order ships together once the pre-order arrives. Want your in-stock items sooner? Email us and we'll split the shipment (additional shipping may apply). More in our shipping policy.
Do pre-orders include a protector?
Yes. Pre-orders get the same mint-condition inspection and free 0.5mm protector (standard sizes) as every other order, and every figure is 100% authentic, guaranteed.
