We're Moving — A Bigger Home for Pop Collectibles

Short version: we ran out of room. Pop Collectibles is moving to a bigger warehouse in Markham this August, and it's the best problem we've ever had.

Why the move?

When we started, our whole operation fit on a few shelves. These days, between new releases, restocks, pre-order waves, and the TCG side of the shop growing like crazy, we're stacked to the ceiling — literally. Some weeks we've had to slow down on bringing in new products simply because there was nowhere to put them.

Don't take our word for it — here's what the current space actually looks like:

That's not a staged photo shoot — that's a regular Tuesday. Honestly, it's all thanks to you. Every order, every pre-order, every collector who tells a friend about us is why those boxes keep piling up faster than we can shelve them. (More snapshots like these live on our Inside the Vault page.)

The new warehouse has three times the space of our current one. Here's what that actually changes:

Much faster fulfillment — with a proper layout where everything has a home, we can source, locate, and pack your orders far quicker than we can today.
More stock on hand — deeper restocks on fan favourites, and room to bring in lines we've had to pass on before.
Room for a bigger team — the extra space gives us the option to bring in a couple more hands, which means less waiting during big release weeks.
Better care for pre-orders — dedicated racking for pre-order inventory, so everything stays mint from the day it arrives to the day it ships to you.

What this means for your orders

During the move in August, orders may take a few extra days to ship while we pack up, relocate, and get the new shelves sorted. Nothing is lost or on hold — every order and pre-order comes with us and ships in the order it came in.

Pre-orders are completely unaffected beyond that: release dates are set by Funko and our distributors, not by our address.
